This yoga teacher training opportunity is at the stunning Hacienda Cocuyo in Samana, in Dominican Republic with Chrissy Lefavour and the Rise + Vibe School of Yoga.
We offer 200 and 300 hour certifications, and continuing education for registered yoga teachers with our BEYOND ceritfcation! Our training is internationally recognized by Yoga Alliance, with 5 star reviews on all platforms… Please consider joining us for this 200 hr YTT Intensive in a Caribbean Paradise.
What’s included:
-3 weeks accommodations (Check-in after 3 pm on Sunday November 2, Check-out by 12 pm on Saturday November 22)
-Private or Shared room occupancy
-Breakfast + Dinner daily, with snacks, juices, tea, coffee and water all days long
-3 weeks YTT course with 200 hour certification from Rise + Vibe School of Yoga upon completion, classes run Monday-Friday.
*LEVEL UP: 300 hour certifications available for students already certified at the 200 hr level
Class Day Schedule, Mon-Fri:
6-7 am Meditation
7-8:30 am Morning Asana (usually Ashtanga or Vinyasa)
8:30-9:30 am YTT Topics: Asana Anatomy, Sequencing, Sanskrit, etc
9:30 am BRUNCH
10-11 am BREAK- Siesta, Swim, Study, Sleep
11 am-5 pm YTT Categories: Anatomy/Physiology, Philosophy, History, Lineage, Humanities, Teaching Essentials, Practice Teaching + More *will include a 30 minute break daily!
5-6:15 pm Evening Asana
6:15-6:45 pm Meditation

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get to Hacienda Cocuyo? We will gladly set-up your airport transfers for a safe and easy arrival! SDQ is the closest airport (Las Americas Intl Airport in Santo Domingo) and a taxi costs about $150 USD and 3.5 hours of your time.
Can I come early?/Stay late? YES! Chrissy will gladly accommodate early arrivals or late departures at our *special* group rate, especially if your flight times don’t allow for much ground transport time. Simply inquire about this when you register!
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? Absolutely! We always do our best to cater to your needs with the diet. While the menu is always fresh, local and super healthy, we understand each body requires certain specialties to sustain and thrive. You’ll receive an entry survey prior to arrival to specify any and all dietary preferences.
What will be available on “off” days? Sat + Sun? Samana offers stunning beaches, amazing sailing trips, water fall adventures, horseback rides, watersports and so much more. Of course, REST will be encouraged and necessary, but we are happy to help you plan a few excursions while you’re here!
